daughter Ann E age ? age could be 1 or 7.

Also James Bryant and Ann E Shermantine were married in Crittenden Co,
Ky.

Marvin, I have an extreme amount of info on the Wooldridges. I have the Wooldridges dated back to 1678, if you would like copies let me know.

Also I have not found anymore info on James A Bryant and Ann E Shermantine. Oh by the way, it listed James A bryant ( frian) in the 1860 census as being born in Tenn. Also it list Ann Shermantine (mother) of Elmirah listed with them. I sent for his enlistment papers, and I did recieve them and on his enlistment papers said he was born in Harrison Co, In. So now I am really at a brick wall. I can't say or tell you whare this man is from. I am lost on this one. I know that the Shermantines are from MD. Keep in touch, sorry about your hard drive.

Marvin, What book did you find that in. I know jackson's father's name is Edward, and thats all I have on his side. Also Elmirah had a brother , William Nelson Bryan born,12-12-1856,a sister mary Ann Caroline Bryan born.2-23-1858, d.6-3-1870, and another brother Archibald L Bryan born 5-9-1860 ,d.5-9-1860.And Elmirah was b. abt 7-3-1861. William Nelson m. bett Reynolds. james A Bryan served in the Us Army Co,C reg 131 in Fort Massac .died 11-15-1862. there is quite a bit that I will send to you next week.

    De Republiek der Verenigde Nederlanden werd in 1794-1795 door de Fransen veroverd onder leiding van bevelhebber Charles Pichegru (geholpen door de Nederlander Herman Willem Daendels); de verovering werd vergemakkelijkt door het dichtvriezen van de Waterlinie; Willem V moest op 18 januari 1795 uitwijken naar Engeland (en van daaruit in 1801 naar Duitsland); de patriotten namen de macht over van de aristocratische regenten en proclameerden de Bataafsche Republiek; op 16 mei 1795 werd het Haags Verdrag gesloten, waarmee ons land een vazalstaat werd van Frankrijk; in 3.1796 kwam er een Nationale Vergadering; in 1798 pleegde Daendels een staatsgreep, die de unitarissen aan de macht bracht; er kwam een nieuwe grondwet, die een Vertegenwoordigend Lichaam (met een Eerste en Tweede Kamer) instelde en als regering een Directoire; in 1799 sloeg Daendels bij Castricum een Brits-Russische invasie af; in 1801 kwam er een nieuwe grondwet; bij de Vrede van Amiens (1802) kreeg ons land van Engeland zijn koloniën terug (behalve Ceylon); na de grondwetswijziging van 1805 kwam er een raadpensionaris als eenhoofdig gezag, namelijk Rutger Jan Schimmelpenninck (van 31 oktober 1761 tot 25 maart 1825).
