In 1111, her husband Beaudoin de Corbeil was present, with his brother Ferry, at the donation of Eustachie, viscountess of Corbeil, to the abbey of Jard. In 1132, Eustachie de Corbeil, daughter of Ferry "de Castellione", widow of Beaudoin lord of the village of Beauvais near Nainville, with the consent of Jean d'Etampes her second husband, Ferry her son, Beaudoin de Corbeil her son-in-law, and Aveline her daughter, gave among other goods 4 arpents of land to the abbey of Yerres of which she was the founder.

The Abbey of Notre-Dame d'Yerres was built between 1124 and 1132, under the episcopate of the Bishop of Paris, Étienne de Senlis, and thanks to the donation of four acres of land from Eustachie de Corbeil, daughter of Ferry de Châtillon, wife of Baudoin de Corbeil, then of Jean d'Étampes, to welcome the nuns in transit from house to house, "wandering far from their homes". These came from various monasteries, Champagne, Picardy, and Argenteuil (after their expulsion from the abbey of Saint Marie d'Argenteuil directed by Héloïse). In 1132, Eustachie gave half of the tithe of the parish of Saint-Marcel de Villabé for the maintenance of the community of the abbey she had just founded5, then, in 1138, she gave the tithes of Oysonville to the abbey of Notre-Dame d'Yerres. Around 1280, to install its nuns, the community built a house in Paris, later named Maison de la Pie, which was located at 14 rue des Nonnains-d'Hyères (IVe arrondissment), next to the Hôtel de Sens. The Hermitage of Notre-Dame-de-Consolation located in the forest of Sénart was given to the abbey in 1695. The abbey has experienced many vicissitudes and in particular great financial difficulties, leading to the degradation of the buildings, several times during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

During the Revolution, the Benedictines were expelled in 1792, part of the buildings were destroyed in 1793 and the others were sold in several lots. Was widowed before marrying her second husband, Jean d'Etampes (c1080 - c1112)

He is mentioned with his father in the entourage of Louis le Gros Jehan d'Etampes is a close friend of Louis VI le Gros; He is mentioned in 1112. He married Eustachie de Ch√¢tillon, daughter of Ferri de Ch√¢tillon and Comtesse. Widow of Baudoin de Beauvais, hence Frederick. They donated around 1130 to Longpont, and subscribed together to the donation of Gautier Tyrel, crusader around 1140. Posterity including Aveline d'Etampes who married Baudoin de Corbeil (Beauvais).
