Thomasine Cockworthye married Lord of Affeton Nicholas Stukeley Esq., son of Sheriff of Devon Hugh Stukeley and Katherine de Affeton, before 24 June 1475.
Thomasine died on 29 November 1477 in England at the age of 26 years; her estate was probated in 1477/78.
