Salazar y Castro records her parentage and marriage, citing a charter dated 1200 under which "domna Sancia Roderici·Ä¶cum fratre meo Roderico Roderici" donated property in la villa de Peâ±alva to the monastery of San Andrâ©s de Valveni, with the consent of "Gonzalo Roderici marito meo"[1345].

a)¬â ¬â ¬â ¬â ¬â ¬â ¬â ¬â [RODRIGO Rodrââ guez .¬â Salazar y Castro records his parentage[1342].¬â The charter dated to [1166/80], under which [his supposed brother] "Petrus Ruderici filius comiti" donated land "in Gormezes" to Burgos Cathedral, with the consent of "neptis mee Marie de Almenar"[1343], suggests that Rodrigo is unlikely to have been the brother of Pedro Rodr√≠guez.¬â In that document, "neptis mee Marie de Almenar" is identified as the daughter of Pedro¬¥s deceased sister Elvira, wife of Armengol [VII] Comte de Urgell.¬â The consent given to the donation would have been given in her capacity as Pedro¬¥s heir.¬â If that is correct, it is unlikely that Pedro had other brothers and sisters who left children.¬â m ---.¬â The name of Rodrigo¬¥s wife is not known. ¬â Rodrigo & his wife had two children:]¬â
