    Funcionario (Procurador) en Almería, se traslado con su familía a Barcelona tras la muerte accidental de su hijo primogenito Francisco en 1947, donde trabajó como inspector de abasteciemientos y transportes en la Via Layetana. Estudio para abogado miestras trabajaba. Abrió un taller de marmol con su hermano Angel pero al final Angel se quedó con el taller y acabó estableciendose en un taller de la viuda Galles en la calle diputación en la que continuo como abogado y marmolista.
