Patrick Drummond, 3rd Lord Drummond was born in 1550.1 He was the son of David Drummond, 2nd Lord Drummond and Lilias Ruthven.1 He married, firstly, Lady Elizabeth Lindsay, daughter of David Lindsay, 9th Earl of Crawford and Katherine Campbell, before 21 October 1572.1 He married, secondly, Agnes Drummond, daughter of Sir John Drummond of Innerpeffray and Margaret Stewart, in 1588.1 He died circa 1602.1

Patrick Drummond, 3rd Lord Drummond succeeded to the title of 3rd Lord Drummond [S., 1488] in 1571.1
