emmigrated to America with her son August, arriving in Galveston, Texas in 1858. They resided in Washington County until 1883. Another of her sons, Ludwig, and two of her daughters immigrated and a family friend, Michael Gromatzky. The family believes that another of her sons, Johann, also immigrated. "History of Hamilton County" p 98.~
