Acte notarié du 19.06.1602 à Gerbéviller: Jehanne et Catherine soeurs, femmes de Jehan et François les CHERRIER ratifient l'acte passé le 31.10.1600 par leurs maris, à savoir, l'échange fait avec Claude NICOLAS frère de leur épouse et concernant les biens acquis le 11.06.1585 par Aubertin NICOLAS leur père sur le sieur Jean De BLEHOIRE au ban de Blainville et dont avait hérité les épouses.
En contre échange, Claude NICOLAS avait donné tous les héritages qu'il avait au ban de Moyen.

Lettre manuscrit du 15.03.1602 de Aubertin NICOLAS au tabellion, reconnaissant que son beau-frère Jean CHARRIER à cause de sa femme, sa soeur de Gerbéviller luy a remboursé les 150 frs qu'il luy avait presté pour un gainage situé à Mongex ? et demande que soit aussi rayé des registres, l'obligation de 200 frs que son frère doit sur ses parts, pour le vendage de deux maisons venues de feu leur grand père, à Blainville... (Il signe AUBERTIN ?)
