Carel, zoals tante Jo hem noemde, was weduwnaar van Joanna Lambertina Boogaard geboren 04-11-1874 te Kediri en overleden op 01-11-1907 te Modjokerto (suikerfabriek Bangsai) zij hadden drie kinderen, namelijk de oudste Gerardus Lambertus (Bert) geboren 15-11-1901 te Soerabaja, gehuwd op 01-06-1931 te Bandung met Ida Juliana Paulina (Lien) Morf geboren 23-10-1910 te Buitenzorg en overleden op 03-03-1998 in Californië USA. Zij emigreerden na de wereldoorlog II naar Amerika, Bert was van beroep opzichter gewestelijke werken te Batang, opzichter 's-Lands Waterstaat te Magelang. Bert overleed op 17-03-1987 in Californië, USA. Bert en Lien kregen 3 kinderen. Namelijk Wilhelmina Lamberta geboren 14-04-1932 te Pekalongan. Lizzy geboren 09-07-1935 te Magelang en Pauline Caroline geboren 12-06-1939 te Magelang.
Het tweede kind was Alexander Marinus , employé te Soerabaja, boekhouder firma Jongerius te Utrecht, archiefambtenaar der Rijksuniversiteit te Utrecht, geboren op 27-12-1903 te Modjokerto, overleden op 07-01-1965 te Utrecht.
Het derde kind was Jenny Carolina , hoofdonderwijzeres te Soerabaja. Geboren op 03-10-1905 te Modjokerto en na een lijdensweg (borstkanker) overleden op 02-07-1940 te Soerabaja.Zij huwde op 25-05-1932 te Soerabaja met Nicolaas Jan (Nico) van Wageningen geboren op 15-08-1901 te Dordrecht en overleden op 26-09-1964 te Groningen. Het huwelijk werd reeds na 4 jaar ontbonden op 21-01-1937 te Soerabaja. Uit dit huwelijk kwamen geen kinderen voort. Nico hertrouwde te Amsterdam in 1938, gedurende de oorlogstijd waren Nico en zijn tweede echtgenote in het voormalig Nederlands Indië geïnterneerd, na de oorlog is in Nederland uit dat huwelijk in 1947 één zoon geboren.

Zus van Pos. Onderwijzeres geweest in Voormalig Nederlands Indië. Had veel contact met de familie. Ondervond later veel steun van Dee Ort-Schuitenvoerder, daarvoor nog tijdelijk in Bloemendaal in een tehuis geweest, maar verkoos toch uiteindelijk Nijmegen, de stad waar ze als kind opgegroeid was. Ze overleed hier ook op 02/10/1980.
