1663. Jelte Pieters en echtgenote te Oenkerk zijn 115 goudguldens schuldig aan Sjoerd Jurjens en Sijke Pieters te Oenkerk.

1673. Sjoerd Jurjens koopt op 3 juni 1673 huis, schuur en hof te Oenkerk voor 205 Car. Gld. Van de crediteuren van Hette Pieters, maar met voor hem daarbij het onderhoud voor een gortmolen en een beurtschip op Leeuwarden.

1675. Hij verkoopt het bovenstaande huis met het genoemde onderhoud voor 205 goudguldens aan Hendrik Ritskes en echtgenote

1675. Zijn zoon Jouke is overleden en diens vrouw Grietje Arends gaat hertrouwen met Eelse Pieters. Voor zijn kleinzoon Jurjen, over wie hij voogd is, vraagt hij boedelscheiding aan.

1673. 5 april 1677 Sjoerd Jurjens en Sijke Pieters, echtpaar te Oenkerk, tekenden op 12 mei 1673 een schuldbekentenis van 100 goudguldens aan Ebe Sapes te Oudkerk.
