Was bij de ontmijningsdienst. Volgens mijn grootmoeder, Germaine Bruggeman is hij, bij een ontmijning van een mijn, omgekomen. Zijn vrouw was zodanig getraumatiseerd dat ze de kist wou openen.
Kan ook gebeurd zijn te Breskens in plaats van Vlissingen.
Volgens mijn grootmoeder, hebben ze een zinken kist gebruikt. En zo in een houten kist.
