Gegevens uit het oud-notariële archief, acte 5937 A98, Zaandam 12-9-1744: Uitkoop van erfenis: Michiel van Woudenberg is hertrouwd en regelt de uitkoop van de mede-erfgenamen van zijn eerste vrouw voor een bedrag van 1600 gulden. De mede-erfgenamen zijn: Symon, Jan en Cornelis Claas Heyn; Symon Claas Heyn en Michiel Woudenberg als voogden over de drie minderjarig nagelaten kinderen van Symon Pietersz Ton en Maritje Claas Heyn, genaamd Grietje, Aefje en Maritje Simons Ton. Volgens de acte zijn de eerste twee volle broeders, de derde een halve broeder en de laatsten volle zusters, kinderen van Willempje Claas Heyn, in leven huisvrouw van Michiel Woudenberg te Oost-Zaandam.
