Hij herroept alle voorgaande testamenten en legateert aan zijn kleindochter Kornelia Schipper zijn geverniste klerenkist, aan zijn kleinzoon Abraham Schipper zijn zilveren zakhorloge en al zijn kleren, aan zijn kleinzoon Johannes Schipper zijn zilveren schoengespen, aan zijn kleindochter Jaapje Schipper zijn friese hangklok onder de last om het gebruik daarvan te laten aan haar ouders hun levenlang, benevens zijn bed met toebehoren. Hij legateert aan zijn dochter Arentje van der Voorde gehuwd met Pieter Schipper arbeider wonende Oostvoorne alles daarover hij bij testament mag beschikken. Hij benoemt tot uitvoerder van zijn testament zijn meergenoemde schoonzoon Pieter Schipper. In margine overleden te Oostvorne 14/07/1854.
