hij vertegenwoordigde met Olfert Fredericksz Druyff de erfgenamen van Reynst Jansdr (Bijlage III) (zie notaris Semeyns 13 april 1658).Voor zijn fid. comm. erfg. zie notaris F.Meun 31 jan. 1728. Deze fid.-commis.boedel houdt in land in Het Bilt,aandelen in de VOC enz.. Zaken rond de in 1637 aangekochte grond in de Nieuwe Biltpolder (Friesland) worden beschreven in "Geschiedenis van het Bilt" door H.Sannes, Franeker.
Na het overlijden van zijn broer Jacob van Loosen en zijn moeder Sibrich Hendrix wordt de aldaar aangekochte grond op naam gesteld van Simon Jansz van Loosen. Gedeelten van dit land zijn in 1732 nog in bezit van nakomelingen van de familie. Ziebladzijde 10 van de Genealogie Van Loosen.

Reijnst Jansdr testeerde op 18 junie 1589 voor de notaris Guillaume van Triern te Alkmaar. Bij die gelegenheid werd opgegeven dat bij haar voormelde testament tot erfgenamen aangewezen waren: "Maria van Loosen, weduwe wijlen Johan Haga, in levenSchepen ende Sijmon van Loosen, oud commissaris van die klijne saecken...beide naergelaten kinderen van der eenigen dochter van zal. Hendrick Jansz. der Testatrices broeder mitsgaders Olfert Freecxsz Druijff en Hilletjen Pieters van Schagenbeyden naergelaten kinderen van kinderen van Welmet Jans der Testatrices suster" (Archief Weeshuis Enkhuizen, doos A2).
