When Pierre Charles Vallee was born on July 7, 1695, in Ste-Anne-de-la-Pérade, Quebec, Canada, his father, Charles, was 25 and his mother, Marie-Ursule, was 15. He married Marguerite-Agnès Campagna and they had seven children together. He then married Marguerite Marie Guilbault dit Grandbois and they had seven children together. He died on March 25, 1769, in his hometown at the age of 73.
