Betrof een transportakte door Gerrit Harmsen, die eveneens voor zijn vrouw en als gevolmachtigde van Jan Harms, Jan Roelofs en diens Hilligien Harmsen, Geertien en Harmtien Harmsen verscheen. Dit bleek uit de volmachtakte die gepasseerd was voor de schout van Dalfsen op de 14e mei 1731. Zij waren erfgenamen van de overleden Lubbegien Roelofsen.

Er werd een half dagwerk hooiland, gelegen in de Raesche maete te Ane, overgedragen aan Roelof Egberts en zijn vrouw Aeltien Wigbolts. Het land was afkomstig uit het Stynevelderinks'land, en bij openbare verkoop van de 12e februari 1731 aan de kopers verkocht. Het verkoopbedrag was heden volledig voldaan.
