Hierdie plaas word verkoop die 2 Julie 1705 aan Marthinus van Staden. Op 31 Julie 1706 koop hy die plaas Paarl Diamant, in Agter Paarl dit was die plaas Theunis van Schalkwyk. Hy verkoop die plaas 24 Julie 1709 aan Nicolaas Gockelius
