en nog ‘6 guldens en 17 stuijvers boekschulden ofte Winkelinneschuld’ heeft staan. De
beschrijving van notaris Brinkman laat weten dat het gaat om de winkel van Catalijne Vissers,
weduwe van Hendrik van IJssel, ‘gewoond hebbende Oude molen onder Fijnaart’. Deze
neringdoende weduwe overleed op 27 mei, terwijl een dag later, 28 mei 1745 haar boedel
wordt opgemaakt. Er was een bakkerij met winkel waar ook ‘wollegoed, bont en linden’ werd
verkocht.
