Notes about Antje Dijksen

Antje Keijser-Dijksen werd in 1882 eigenares van Dijkmanshuizen [3], dat zij voor f 120,- verhuurde aan Simon Jacobsz. Bremer (1818-Spang 1899). Simon was eigenaar en bewoner van het 'Simonsplaatsje', Spangerweg 29.
Welke arbeiders op dit Dijkmanshuizen woonden is onbekend.
Mede door de emigratie in die tijd was het aantal verhuizingen legio.
In 1895 verkocht Antje in een publieke veiling het huis, de huiskoog en het land aan Jan Christiaan Dirksz. Loman. Deze bankier en koopman, die in Amsterdam woonde, was eigenaar van 'Theodorahoeve', later hoeve 'Rembrandt' genoemd. Voor hem ging het om 'buurmans erf', dat hij voor f 1.310,- verkreeg.
Hij liet in 1896 het huis afbreken.
