Ce contrat de concession foncière a été rédigé par le notaire Lespinasse. Le terrain était situé à l'ouest des chutes Montmorency, dans la section Villeneuve de Beauport, le long de l'actuel boulevard des Chutes où se trouvent maintenant le centre commercial et la Caisse populaire.
    La mort de FranCAoise: Le 31 octobre 1665, Françoise est gravement blessée, Noel et Françoise donnent leurs biens à leurs deux plus jeunes fils. Elle a été enterrée le 1er novembre 1665. Il y avait une dispute de famille au sujet de l'héritage et réglée par Noel
