Kurzfassung:
JJakob Schmidt bittet am 20.05.1696 den Grafen um die Genehmigung zum Bau einer Mühle in Nla. Genehmigung am 29.05.1696. Der von Schmidt gebaute Mühlgraben war 730 m lang und erforderte einen Tunnel von 11 m Länge.
Nachfolger: Hans Joachim Schmidt, Johann Georg Sinner, Johann Jakob Sinner, Johann Friedrich Sinner, Johann Christ Sinner, Henrich Achenbach, August Achenbach, Hermann Achenbach.
Zur Mühle gehörten 1894 auch Säge- Öl- und Walkmühle sowie eine Gastwirtschaft.
Die Mühle war von Anfang ein Erblehen. Durch preußisches Gesetz vom 22.12.1839 geht sie zum 01.01.1840 in das Eigentum der Familie Sinner über.
