"Nachdem Jost Henrich Fischer Inwohner zu Wingeshausen in Krausenhauß, mit seinem vermöge Weinkaufsbrief vom 20ten Dec. 1792 eingefreiten Schwiegersohn Johann Henrich Born, von der Aue, dermalen Schulmeister zu Wingeshausen eine zeitlang inuneinigkeit gelebt, so daß letzterer sich sich von demselben gänzlich getrennt, und eine eigene Wirthschaft angefangen hat - indeßen beide Theile [es] für sie zuträglicher gefunden haben, wieder zusammen zu gehen, und miteinander wiederumeine unzertrennte Haußhaltung zu führen, so erschienen beide, und wurde dieses nicht von ihnen ad protocollum gegeben, sondern auch noch folgendes, mit Bestimmung beider Theile angefügt ..." (20.139)
