Für Hippenstiel sprechen der Hinweis "Schwager" beim Ehemann Frdr Wolf (P 1694 bei Johs Hippenstiel) sowie ein Pate Hippenstiel bei einem Enkel. Auch müßte das Sterbealter dieser Frau (66 J, -> * 1657) wesentlich niedriger angesetzt werden,da Frdr Richstein erst um 1663/1664 geheiratet hat. Zweifel bestehen aber nicht, obwohl Frdr Wolf (* 1671) damit wesentlich jünger gewesen ist als seine Frau. Schließlich hat sie nach 1697 keine Kinder mehr geboren.
Für Richstein spricht, daß Paten mit diesem Familiennamen schon bei den Kindern und nicht erst bei den Enkeln des Frdr Wolf auftreten.
