"Nachdem Israel Riemenschneider, Inwohner in Girkhausen, nach Fertigung des Weinkaufsbriefs wiederholt geheyrathet, die jungen Eheleuthe sich aus dem Hause begeben haben, diesen Winter aber wieder darinnen eingetreten sind und die geringe Haushaltung übernommen ..., so ist auch folgende Abänderung getroffen worden, daß Valentin Stremmel die jetzt angeblich vorhandenen Schulden zu 6 Tlr. und die herrschaftlichen Rückstände bezahlen,auch nach des Vaters und resp. Schwieger-Vaters Ableben der Stief-Mutter Maria Elisabeth eine gebohrene Trappin Sitz und Wohnung in der Stube, welche Israel Riemenschneider jetzt bewohnet, lassen, übrigens keinem der Kinder ... etwas herausgeben solle, da die sich weiter vorgefundenenSchulden und herrschaftlichen Rückstände solches nicht erlauben."
