Zu wissen, obwohlen vor diesem bei guten friedenszeiten diejenige burgere oder burgerskinder, so auf die dörfer verheiratet worden, da es ihnen beliebig gewesen, mit 2 albus jährlichs dem burgermeisteren rechnung zu liefern, ihr burgerlichegerechtigkeit also erhalten, daß sie entweder selbsten oder ihr kinder heut oder morgen auf zutragende fälle ohne burgergelt wieder uffgenommen worden, dieweilen aber durch das leidige 30jährige kriegswesen alle gemeine stattbaue, stattmauern und andere sachen so baufellig und ruinirt worden, daß viele uncosten anzuwenden, zu geschweigen, was an wegen und stegen, auch brücken zu erbauen nöttig, als seindt diejenige, nemblich Peter zu Wemelkhausen, Hans Georg Wahl daselbsten,Reinhart Dickel zu Schülar, Georg Stremmel daselbsten, Bartol Kaufmans dochter Liesbeth zu Girkhausen, item Johannes Althausens anhero citirt und dahin gehandelt worden, daß jeder des jars der statt mit 6 albus zu allem zu steur kommen wolte, doch solte jedwederen freystehen, sein hiermit erlangtes recht zu anfang jedes jars aufzukündigen. So zu guter nachricht anhero in presentia samptlicher senatoren notirt worden .
