Oct 2, 1773, in Woodstock; m. 1st., Lavinia Crawford, dau. of Dea. Samuel and Sarah (Work) Crawford of Union. She d. Feb 4, 1796 leaving one child, and was buried at Union. He m.. 2d, Mary or Polly Hayward or Howard, March 21, 1799. She was the dau. of David and Priscilla (Knowlton) Howard, and was. b. Mar 21, 1778. David Howard was the second son of John Howard of Ashford, and was born April 28, 1743. He m. Priscilla Knowlton June 7, 1764. She was a sister of Col. Thomas Knowlton, of Revolutionary fame, a gallant officer at Bunker Hill and who was killed near New York.

Joseph Perrin CORBIN lived in Woodstock until about 1815, when he moved to Henrietta, near Rochester, Monroe County, western N. Y., where he lived on a farm. Thence he moved to Michigan, and settled on a farm near Armada, where he lived until his death. He d. at Mt. Clements, Mich., Sep 24, 1848. Mary H. CORBIN d. Sep 3, 1848. All the children were b. in Woodstock except the last two, who were b. in Henrietta."
