OBITUARY:
AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Sylvia C. Sturdivant entered into rest on Tuesday, April 22, 2003, at Beverly Manor. Mrs. Sturdivant, a native of Vidalia, was a retired saleslady with Pratt Dudley Building Supply, and a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Charles Sturdivant; her mother and stepfather, Florrie and Horace Oplinger; a step-daughter, Susan Wike; two brothers, Luke CORBIN and Donald CORBIN; two sisters, Linda Wilson and Delores Oplinger, and three grandchildren. Family and friends may call on Saturday afternoon, April 26, 2003, from 4 to 6 p.m. at her residence at 2221 Bungalow Road. Platts Funeral Home, 721 Crawford Avenue, 733-3636.
