Ik vermoed dat Johanna een dochter is van:
Wilhelmus Stemkens, tr. < 10- 1688: Mechtild/Mettien Abels/Aubels,¬â€ * ca. 1656, overl. > 06-02-1721. Willem had een zus Josina; zie getuige bij doop dochter van bovengenoemde Johanna Stemkens¬â€ (zie doop van haar dochter 12-1712 - get. is Jusin¬â€ Stemkens). Andere doopgetuigen bij haar kinderen lijken het te bevestigen.

Er is een Quilhelmus gedoopt 23-10-1695, Neer, van Guilhelmus Stemkens en Mechtildis Abels, getuigen Guilhelmus Geenen en Dijmna Abels

Vader van Willem is mij vooralsnog onbekend, al heb ik daar wel wat gedachten over!

Er zijn meerdere Aubels getuigen bij dopen Petrus·Äô en Johanna·Äôs kinderen.
De naam Aubel kan verwijzen naar het plaatsje Aubel in België, Wallonië.
