bewirbt sich 1617 um das Richteramt in Düthe, wird aber übergangen und erst am 22.1.1622 nach dem Tode des Richters Franziskus Molanus bestallt, wird mit Schwester Mette (als Erben ihres Vaters) von Georg Nagel in Meppen auf Zahlung von 810 Rtl, aus 7 Obligationen von 1590-1611 verklagt, der Prozess wird 1613-1615 vor dem weltlichen Hofgericht in Münster und 1616-1620 vor dem Reichskammergericht geführt (NLA OS Rep 900 Nr. 650).
