      Brengen de veldwachters Honingh (3479) en Meijnen (4159) vanaf den Liergouw terzake het frauduleus vervoer van een geslacht schaap (ongevild); JAN GORTER, geb. Hennaarderadeel 4-11-1885, bootwerker, won. Schellingwoude D3T, alhier en zijn zoon THEODORUS GORTER, geb. Osterate (Dl.) 26-12-1911, broodventer, wonende Schellingwouderdijk 283, alhier. Zij verklaren het schaap op de Liergouw te hebben gevonden en op weg te zijn naar de woning van de veldwachter Honingh om het aan te geven.
      Zij zijn aangehouden door de wachtslieden in dienst bij de Duitsche Weermacht:
      1e. Herman Houtman, 48 jaar, won. 1e Helmersstraat 191 huis;
      2e. Theodorus Beukman, 1e J. v/d Heijdenstraat 98 huis, 28 jaar;
      3e Gerardus Marsman, 52 jaar, won. Rivierenlaan 195, alhier.
      Deze verklaren te hebben gezien dat J. Gorter het schaap hedenavond op de Liergouw vervoerde, het daarna aan de kant van den weg wierp en geruimen tijd later met zijn zoon terugkwam en het vervoer voortzette.
      Het schaap is naar het Abattoir gebracht waar het morgen na het villen zal worden gewogen.
      Beide arrestanten blijven in bewaring.
