Heer van Voorne, leenman van Holland.
Zijn echtgenote, mogelijk N.N. Florijsdochter van Holland, geb. (buitenecht.) omstr. 1115, mogelijk identiek met Adewij van Vorensis, vermeld in een acte van 1157, begr. 11 okt. 11..?, tr. omstr. 1130, is tussen 1157-1165 vermeld als weduwe van Voorne, tezamen met haar moeder en haar zoon Floris, heer van Voorne.
Hij huwde ca. 1135, zijn echtgenote is kort > 1157 nog in leven.
Chronologisch gezien zal zijn echtgenote hoogstwaarschijnlijk een natuurlijke dochter zijn geweest van graaf Floris II, overl 2 maart 1121. Dit verklaart dan ook meteen de voornaam Floris voor de oudste (in leven gebleven) zoon van [Hugo III] van Voorne. Haar voornaam is niet bekend. Wellicht is ze door graaf Floris II vernoemd naar zijn moeder Othilde. Deze naam zien we echter niet terug in jongere generaties in tegenstelling tot de voornamen Floris en Dirk.
