Bretislav I (rond 1005 - 1055), bijg. de Boheemse Achilles, uit het geslacht der Premysliden, was een natuurlijke zoon van hertog Oldrich van Bohemen en de boerendochter Beatrix, met wie hij later huwde. Hij volgde zijn vader op als hertog van Bohemen in 1035. Bretislav trouwde met Judith van Schweinfurt en had volgende kinderen:


hertog Spythinev II van Bohemen (1031-1061)


hertog Vratislav II van Bohemen (-1092)


hertog Koenraad I van Bohemen (-1092)


Jaromir-Gebhard (-1090)


graaf Otto I de Schone van Olomouc (-1087).
