There were 3 combined meetings, held alternately at different places, attended by the same group of members: Newark, Kennet and Centre, all in then New Castle County. There was a different group of members that attended the combined meetings of Concord, Chichester and New Garden, with London Grove added later, in then Chester County. Different meetings, different groups of people, although both groups held members of the surname Cox (but from different original locations). :-) Claudia

Sorry - I may have made a typo in the information I sent you…
"The friends above appointed to take care of John Cox and wife reports that they have taken an opportunity with them and assisted them as far as they at that time san: (?) they had oration".

It should have been —…as far as they at that time can; they had oration“. From the Minute entry, it appears that —taken an opportunity“ and —had oration“ means that the members appointed discussed the matter with the couple. Thanks - Claudia
