Bio: MARTHA, (probably) 4th & last known child of Rev. John & Sarah Lyford, was born say 1628. She married by 1650 Samuel Lincoln [NYGBR 60:115-17 (for this hypothesis to work, Martha would have to be born at about the time her father died, since her last child was born in 1674)].

Martha (LYFORD) LINCOLN=W [she married the founder of the "weaver" LINCOLN family] was born after 1624 probably in Ireland. Per 65 #16 p. 51-52 of Gary Boyd Roberts Ancestors of American Presidents 1989 edition, she was the daughter of Rev. John & Sarah LYFORD. Her father was a graduate of Magdalen College in Oxford (A.B. 1597 A.M. 1602) and served in the Anglican ministry at Leverlegkish near Laughgaid, Armagh Co, Ireland before he emigrated to Plymouth, Massachusetts.
