<p>Grace was the daughter of Henry and Mary Ann EZZY (nee WITNEY) and was born on the 'Comleroy Road' in the Kurrajong NSW. At the time there was 'Comleroy Road' which was the official name of the settlement 4 km north of Kurrajong. Comleroy Road Settlement had two churches, ten guesthouses and a convict camp. The Hawkesbury road called 'Comleroy Road' originally led all the way from the Hawkesbury through Putty to Comleroy in the Hunter Valley. This was Australia's first road north, opened in 1823.
