Source 5188 - Founder of Friendship baptist Church in Cummin, Forsyth, GA.. Owned a Plantation and several slaves per 1860 census. In 1974 Edwards family graves were moved from plantation site to the baptist church.

Nelly Howard listed as 33 in 1860 census, she could be a second wife, since the oldest son was 31 at the time of the census.
