Notes about Leon Zwaaf

Leon Zwaaf was een zoon van Jacob Zwaaf en Christina Vleesdrager. Hij trouwde op 14 Januari 1903 met Esther Finsi, dochter van Aaron Finsi en Sara Furth. Het echtpaar kreeg vier kinderen, waarvan in 1905 Aron overleed, 2 1/2 maand oud en Sara stierf op 8-jarige leeftijd. Hun twee zonen waren Jacob en Israel.

Tussen November 1939 en Mei 1942 verbleef Esther Finsi in Apeldoorn in "Het Apeldoornse Bos".
Leon had nog een broer en een zuster: Abraham Zwaaf en Clara Pots-Zwaaf.
