Notes about John Jack Volker

I believe this is the same Jack Voelker I have researched for years. If it is, he married May Dare and they had Veronica, Margaret, John, Charles and Joan.
May died in the early to mid 1930's. Jack put the children in foster care where they lived until they were adults. You can find Jack (John) living with his brother Percy on the 1940 census. He is buried in a veterans cemetary. Joan Voelker is my husband's mother. She gave him up for adoption when he was 8 months old.
