Hans (Tsvi) Kornalijnslijper (alias: Tsvik) was born on July 31th 1940 at Enkhuizen and lives in a very small monument at Scheveningen (The Hague).
He studied and worked in the fields of Applied Mathematics, Informatics and Communication, a/o at the Universities of Delft and Bar-Ilan.
He got involved in genealogical and historical research around 1990 with a high interest in analyzing data earlier then 1811 in OldDutch/Hebrew/Yiddish.
He is a member of the Dutch Central Bureau for Genealogy (www.cbg.nl) and of the Netherlands Society for Jewish Genealogy (www.nljewgen.org)
and did spent a lot of time at the National Archive (www.nationaalarchief.nl) and the National Library of the Netherlands (www.kb.nl).
Currently most of the available time goes into communication, help, advice and exchange towards people all over the world, with some specialisation in Ashkenazi families tied to the professions connected with the trade and treatment of gemstones and jewelry.
