Marriage license from the State of New York shows John A De Leo. Giovanni De Leo was Baptised at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church. in the Williamsburg Section of North Brooklyn, N.Y. (can't find our copy) Jack served in the US Army in World War I. They say he faught in the Chateau Thierry and the Argonne Forest Campaigns. Suffered from a minor lingering condition that he received from an enemy poison gas attack. SS#060-20-9089 Witness at wedding was Josephine De Leo.
