Born 28th april at 9 pm daughter of Samuel Salomon Koekoek, occupation cotton workman, mother Saartje Jacob van Gelder, without occupation, married living in the Batavier street 130, the child born there. The child, is accepted by the father as his, female. Witnesses Levie Abraham Israël Goud old 65 years, occupation cotton workman and living in the same house, Aron Levie Gemetz old 61 years, occupation schoolteacher living Uilenburg 6. The request for register is done by the father. This certificate, after reading, signed by the father and both witnesses. Signed by the officer of the Civil Registry, Jan Hooshon (don't know if the last name is correct...) "This is a rough translation, because it is old Dutch and difficult to translate as it is written
