    Dear Ron,
Its very interesting to find any connections. I have the following information.
Broer Piers Broersma married with Trijntje Jaar Jottinga(it is written with a pencil and I dont know it is correct).
Their daughter was Aukjen Broers Broersma, born 7/5-1826 and died 7/8-1865. She married 10/5-1850 Klaas Cornelis Faber
Daughter of Aukjen and Klaas is Geertje Faber, born 20/5-1861 died 22/4-1933. She married with Pieter Jitten Kabelier, born 12/9-1857, died 12/11-1922.
Daughter of Geertje and Pieter is Akke Kabelier, my grandmother of mothers side, born 16/6-1892, died 10/5-1986.
Akke married with Tjerk Sjerps Broersma, my grandfather of mothers side, born 31/10-1886, died 25/2-1955.

Resum?: Broer Piers Broersma and his first wife Tjaltje Lolkes Dijkstra have also a daughter Aukjen Broers Broersma, born 19/9-1812, died 3/10-1825. A year after the dead of the first Aukjen the second Aukjen was born, 1826. That declares the both Aukjen. I hope that my conclusion is correct.

    With regards
    Tjerk
