Hendrik gestorven in Indonesia met Schuldbrief. Arme man en schip Vrouwe Margartha Maria on der kaptein Jacob de Vries, 880 ton. Vertrok van Texel met 252 personen aan boord op 25-6-1771. 116 personen gingen al voor de Kaap overboord, 46 verlieten het schip op de Kaap, waarschijnlijk half dood. 3 Gingen er later nog dood, slechts 85 van de 252 personen kwamen op 17-5-1772 aan in Batavia. Hendrik heeft dus nog 11 maanden op de Interaziatische handel gewerkt. Doodsoorzaak liesbreuk?? of tropische of geslachtsziekte?? Hendrik's funtie bij indiensttreden: Hooploper.
