Op heden den negenden April negentienhonderd drie en veertig is voor mij, ondergeteekende, Ambtenaar van den Burgerlijken Stand van Apeldoorn, in het huis der gemeente verschenen: Wolbers, Gerardus Hendrikus Aloysius, oud zeven en dertig jaren, bakker, wonende alhier, die mij verklaard heeft, dat op den zesden dezer maand, te drie en twintig uur, in den ouderdom van een en tachtig jaren alhier is overleden: de Vries, Antonius, geboren te Someren, wonende te Amersfoort, weduwnaar van van Vulpen, Antonia, zoon van de Vries, Cornelis, en van van Duijnhoven, Josina, beiden overleden, zijnde de overledene zonder beroep. En heb ik daarvan deze akte opgemaakt en voorgeleezen.
