Alzoo Wij in overweging genomen hebben, dat Frans Josef Anton Gockel aan Ons een verzoek om naturalisatie heelt ingediend, met overlegging van de bewijsstukken, bedoeld in art. 3 der wet van 12 December 1892 (Staatsblad n". 268) op het Nederlanderschap en het Ingezetenschap, laatstelijk gewijzigd bij de wet van 15 Juli 1910 (Staatsblad n". 216);
Zoo is het, dat Wij, den Raad van State gehoord, en met gemeen overleg der Staten-Generaal, nebben goedgevonden en verstaan, gelijk Wij goedvinden en verstaan bij deze:
Artikel 1.
De hoedanigheid van Nederlander wordt bij deze verleend aan Frans Josef Anton Gockel, geboren te Meppen (Pruisen) don 31 Mei 1867, koopman, wonende te Grotiingen, provincie Groningen.

Artikel 2.
Deze wet treedt in werking met ingang van den dag na dien harer afkondiging.

De ambtsberichten door de Regeering ingewonnen ten aanzien van het verzoek *) om naturalisatie van Franz Josef Anton Gockel geven Haar voldoende aanleiding de tegenwoordige wets-voordracht aan te bevelen. Blijkens de ingewonnen ambtsberichten heeft de verzoeker het Pruisische Staatsburgerschap verloren.
