Ana Petra Vital, a legitimate mulatto girl. In the parish church of Saltillo, on the 6th day of May, 1778, Brother Don Joseph Michael Salas, my assistant, baptized with the holy chrism of oil, Ana Petra Vital, the mulatto daughter of Simon Guajardo and Gertrudis Duran, residents of this village. Godparents, Domingo Guajardo and Maria Guadalupe Guajardo, of whom I advised of the Christian doctrine and of their binding spiritual relationship and I sign, Brother Agustin Acosta
