Sir Henry de Burley, Knt., second son; d. bef 1315, of Aston and Lord of Waterstock, Oxon.; Knight of the Shire of Oxon. 1297; acquired Waterstock by Marrige to Katherine Foliot who d. bef. 22 Edw. III (1349); her father, Sir William Foliot, Knt. had held the manor as early as 1269; he mar. Agnes ... and was d. bef. 1276; he was son of Richard Foliot who was alive 1225?, possibly son of Sir Bartholomew Foliot, Knt. In 1315, after the death of Sir Henry de Bruley, his widow Katherine settled the Manor of Waterstock on her 2nd son John, to be held of her during her lifetime at a rent of 50 pounds and after her death for a rose.
