    Op 1-6-1716 kocht Teunis de Ordermolen voor 3500 gld. van Claas Greve. Hij heeft de molen pas in eigendom gekregen in 1727 toen de molen was afgelost.
    Hij koopt in 1738 een deel van de molen Methusalem van een broer van Maria, nl. Paul Jans Schut.
    Na het overlijden van Teunis zetten de kinderen het werk op de ordermolen voort.
    De zonen Huijbert en Aert hadden de leiding.

    Maria wordt ook wel Merritje genoemd.
