    De uitvoerige inventaris, die in juni 1789 van de boedel werd opgesteld, noemt aan onroerend goed behalve de papiermolen een aantal percelen land. Er waren vier koeien en het nodige landbouwgereedschap, huisraad en kleding getuigden van een zekere welstand. De vierbaksmolen was van de normale bescheiden omvang: een kuip, twee paar vormen en een post vilten. Ongeveer 7000 riem papier lag gereed. De schulden - hoofdzakelijk aan Gijsbert Middelburg te Deventer voor lompen - bedroegen ruim 1000 gld.
