Her parents are Joseph Lee Hall (1837-1896) and Emmyline (Richardson) Hall (1851-1891).She was married to Marvin Burke Dalton (1853-1917) on May 20, 1889 in Ashley, Uintah Co., Utah.He and Mary had a son, Norris Elroyo Dalton (1907-1918)===Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon in the Monroe South ward chapel for Mrs. Mary Hall Dalton, 70, widow of Marvin B.Dalton, who died January 30 at her home in Salina.Bishop Heber Winget conducted the services. Speakers were J.Ross Hunt of Salina and Josesph A.Smith. The opening song was a solo by Byron Anderson of Salina. Mrs. Bert Swain, accompanied by Vivian Nordgren, sang "Bury Me Near the Old Home". A chorus from the Old Fort Camp of Salina sang "When They're Gone We Won't Forget", and Miss Mary McCallum of Salina, accompanied by Mrs. Swain, sang "Someday the Silver Chord Will Break". Resolutions of respect from the Old Fort Camp were read by Mrs. Jackson of Salina. The invocation was by Bishop Rasmussen of Salina. The invocation was by Bishop Rasmussen of Salina; the benediction by Mrs. Ida M. Anderson.Interment was in the Monroe cemetery. D.U.P. members from Salina carried the flowers. Pallbearers were Marvin Floyd J. and Lee Dalton, Fred Casto, Chell Dalton and Claud Backburn.Mrs. Dalton was born in Ogden 1869, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Hall. She was married to Marvin B. Dalton, who died in 1917.Mrs. Dalton was widely known for her charitable disposition. She was a practical nurse.
